The TARDIS is a pretty cool machine with which to travel through time and space (relatively and dimensionally speaking!), and even better is the fact that it can adjust its appearance to the surroundings.
The TARDIS from Doctor Who does have a 'chameleon circuit' too; it took on the appearance of a British police call box when the Doctor stopped off in London on November 23rd, 1963. Only, like so much in the Doctor's TARDIS, the chameleon circuit broke! And so the TARDIS just looks the way it does.
"Look at you. Oh, you sexy thing, look at you!"
(The Doctor to his TARDIS).
This ceramic TARDIS (short for "Totally Awesome Relatively Diet Inducing Sustenance") also has its chameleon circuit stuck, coincidentally looking just like the Doctor's TARDIS ;).
Is it bigger on the inside than on the outside...? Well, we challenge you to see if that's true by stuffing it full of cookies and yummy snacks! Then send it back to us, –whereupon we'll check it out and eat all your cookies, and at some point in the future, we'll let you know and send you back your TARDIS!
Actually, we already have...
Although this TARDIS can't really travel in time (well, only one way and at one speed!), it certainly can travel through space –- though you have to move it yourself –from the kitchen to your lounge, your room... and back again for fresh supplies.
To keep out any invading monsters –(well, air)– the lid is reinforced with a rubber seal, so that it closes tightly and everything you pack in stays fresh.
If the Doctor had this TARDIS, he would surely forget about fish fingers with custard and go for the cookies more often!
"In 900 years of time and space, I've never met any cookie who wasn't important."
