The Star Wars universe is not only known for lightsaber fights between Jedi and Sith, it's also home to some of the biggest aerial battles in the history of Hollywood. The screaming engines of TIE fighters, the zapping of laser beams and the ground-shattering explosions all combine into a truly mesmerizing experience that every sci-fi fan should experience some time in their lives. Each Star Wars movie has always tried to outclass the one before when it comes to space battles, and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story honours that tradition by shifting the focus to full-scale warfare between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance. The creators have even added new types of craft such as the U-Wing!
Since it would be rather dangerous to ship fully operational fighter ships to your doorstep, we've decided to bring the exciting battles for galactic supremacy to you in a downscaled and perfectly safe way: The Star Wars Rogue One Galaxy Battle Light. Just like in a Lava Lamp, six different ships travel up and down in the greenly illuminated body of the lamp. The Rebel Alliance sent out the iconic X-Wing, the Y-Wing and the U-Wing; the Empire chose TIE fighters, TIE strikers and Krennic's personal shuttle. In addition to the action going on inside, the exterior of the lamp is also a sight to behold: one side of the base is decorated with a schematic of the Death Star, the other side bears the symbol of the Death Star's elite Death Trooper unit.
To make sure all the ships have enough power to engage their enemies, the lamp is powered by a cord with an on/off-switch that allows you to stop the action whenever you wish to do so. Please note that the lamp does not feature sound effects, but feel free to make sounds like "Pew Pew, Zoom, Kaboom" ;).
